Linda Johnson is great at at her job. She did everything she could do to maximize the purchase price and minimize the time it took to sell our house. Her staging of our home was beautiful and clearly added to the value of our sale. There is no agent better than her for properties in Greater Hartford.

Our family isn't from Connecticut, so we were unaware of differences in real estate expectations and the market. In this highly competitive market, having Tatyana was valuable. She knew the market and what it took to secure a home. She stayed in CONSTANT communication and provided us with potential homes daily. She encouraged us to not give up. After finding a home, she worked with our mortgage officer to ensure our offer was accepted and all documents needed were secured on time. Also, her network of professionals for closing, inspections, and even insurance was so important, especially considering we had no knowledge of those resources in the state. We closed quickly and without issue.

Mary Beth did a fantastic job showing us houses. She was very patient with us considering we were first time home buyers and did not try to push us to any one house. She came very prepared and knowledgeable about each house as well as the surrounding areas. She was also very personable and had many connections to help us through the closing process! At each house should would ask us to rate our initial thoughts on a scale from 1-10 and the she would ask us why (to help understand what mattered to us). Mary Beth was also very prompt in replying to us as well finding new houses for us to see. If I had to buy a house again or knew someone who needed to buy a house I would gladly call or give her contact info to them.
